In a four-month period, CWI Logistics project managed the reconstruction, reconfiguration, and renovation of an entire facility with new, state-of-the-art racking.

Instead of the customer going through the headache of searching for, negotiating, and handling all the other logistical concerns of dealing with a new relationship, CWI Logistics was able to handle it all for them – all while continuing operations, handling double the amount of volume without any drop in efficiency. All KPIs were over 98% efficiency, with most KPIs reaching over 99% efficiency.
