The CWI team recently welcomed Congressman Dan Webster (FL 10) to visit their Winter Haven and Auburndale, Florida distribution campuses. The tour started with a meet and greet at the offices of CWI parent company, Comcar Industries where Barrett Bostick, Kevin Margeson and Rob Doyle met with the congressman and his staff.
From there the CWI team provided Mr. Webster a tour of one of their frozen distribution warehouses and then on to their temperature controlled packaging facility. The idea was to provide Congressman Webster a sense of several facets of the supply chain that CWI is involved in each and every day and allow him to also meet with and address several of the employees. In addition, the issues and legislation that effect the supply chain industry were also touched on with agreement to stay in contact going forward.
