As the Thanksgiving holiday came to an end, the CWI Logistics team can look back at the last few months with a great sense of pride as it pertains to the Butterball account.
According to Butterball, “Commercial took the operation to a new level” this year and this is the first year handling the account. The operations team led by Vice-President of Operations, Mike Dymond and Operations Manager John Macleod did an outstanding job keeping up with the needs of the very seasonally driven and high volume account.
On the front lines, Supervisor Brian Colson and CSR Jessica Perez ensured that 100% of the orders left the warehouse on-time and accurately which equates to tens of thousands of turkey’s delivered to satisfied customers.
We are proud to have Butterball as a client and grateful to our CWI Team that ensured we would exceed our customer’s expectations on a daily basis.
