As the Schwan’s Consumer Brands company launched a new sales initiative, the CWI Logistics team worked tirelessly to ensure all of the customer orders shipped out on time and with 100% accuracy. Part of the initiative had a returns component built in and the team stepped up to the challenge of processing the shipments and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
“I realize that the high rate of returns has impacted your operation and I can assure you that senior management is involved with the how and why they are so high. Although the solve won’t come as quickly as we would like I wanted to let you all know that it is a large bright blip on the radar screen. With that said, the southeast region is the ONLY region in the company that actually hit and over delivered the Q1 sales plan, which caused returns.
