As the mercury rises in the 90’s here in central Florida, it signifies our operational activity heating up as well. CWI has several food and beverage accounts and the beverage customers are reaching their peak activity as we head into the Fourth of July holiday. For months we have been very busy in responding to our customers seasonal needs in building up inventories in preparation for the summer push.
Our ability to flex our operations with our customer’s ever changing seasonal needs allows us to handle dozens of accounts simultaneously while maintaining our industry leading quality standards.
The operations team, led by Mike Dymond, our Vice-President of Operations skillfully moves resources and staff between our Winter Haven and Auburndale Florida campuses to ensure the operational needs are met while keeping our costs down. The key to this ability is our never yielding cross-training initiative that allows us to train our employees on various accounts in several warehouses (and among several temperatures) without skipping a beat.
We take great pride in making sure the beverage deliveries reach their destination on time, damage free and at the required temperature to help quench the thirst of millions of Americans in central Florida and beyond.
CWI offers multi-temperature warehousing, packaging and transportation services, all of which play a critical role here in the summer month’s to make sure we reach our goal of exceeding our expectations on a daily basis.
“Stay thirsty my friends!”
